Terms & Conditions Agreement

To be an authorized affiliate of 123 Rankings, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the 123 Rankings service as an affiliate. By signing up for the 123 Rankings affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

1. Commission paid 1 month after the client signs up if the client pays in full

2. Monthly payment plans-
50% Commission paid after 3 months from the date client has signed up.
Balance on commission paid after 6 months from the date client has signed up.
i.e. Diamond Plan ( EX VAT) total commission available Ł50
1st Commission Paid = Ł25 after 3 months
2nd Commission Paid = Ł25 after 6 months

3. Commission is not paid should a client cancel within the 1st 3 months or
between the 3rd and 6th Month period.

4. Commission is not paid on any additional extras

5. VAT is charged to all countries, including countries outside the UK

6. Maximum payout Ł50. Reseller's responsibility to invoice Easy Internet
Services Ltd.
